I can't see what I want - how can I create a custom order?

I love creating one-off items for customers! Please get in touch with me, and we can discuss your requirements and create your perfect design together.

 
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Ready made items that I already have in stock (such as cards) are usually sent within 1-2 working days, but personalised or custom-made items take a little longer, usually 1-2 weeks depending on the product. However, if you have a tighter deadline in mind, please let me know before ordering and I will try to accommodate. 

I am a local customer - do I have to pay delivery costs?

I am based in Lichfield, UK. If you are local and would prefer to collect your order, that's fine - please enter the code PICKUP at the checkout which will remove all shipping costs, and then get in touch to arrange a suitable time to collect your item.

What is the returns policy?

If you have ordered personalised items, unfortunately I can't accept returns unless they arrived damaged or faulty, but please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order and I'll do everything I can to help you.

For all other items, please let me know within 14 days of receiving your item if you've changed your mind and would like to return it for a refund. In this instance, please get in touch with me to arrange the return. I'll refund the full amount once I receive the items back in re-saleable condition. Please note, as the buyer, you are responsible for paying the cost of the return postage in cases where you've changed your mind. Buttonbela will only cover the return postage if goods are damaged or faulty when they reach you. 

Do you have a privacy policy?

I take your privacy very seriously, and as such, my business is compliant with the new GDPR regulations in the EU. Please see here for the full policy.
