The print is 20x20cm and comes framed as standard, choose one of three frame colours (see additional photos). When ordering, please include family names, genders and approximate ages (used for working out height of characters) in the note to seller box (check spelling carefully as this will be used to create the picture).
Button colour can be chosen to match a specific colour scheme, e.g. each person's favourite colours, or something to match the decor of the room that the frame will be displayed in. However, if no colours are specified, default button colours will be used (pink for female members of the family, blue for males).

Due to the personalised nature of items, I can't accept returns unless items arrive damaged, but please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Please note that this product has a 1-2 week processing time, as everything is handcrafted by me and made to order. This means that your order will be shipped 1-2 weeks after your order date.
Please message before ordering if you need this product by a certain date, and I will do my best to accommodate where possible.
