New Year, New Goals

Happy New Year! 🍾

New year is always a time for reflection, so this year, I’ve spent some time reflecting on my business. At the start of 2017, my new website had only been up and running for a couple of months and I was still finding my feet in terms of creating my own style and branding. Fast forward 12 months, and the difference is huge! I’ve now got a clear picture in my mind of where my business is heading, a wide range of products, and most importantly, a great group of loyal customers and friendly contacts. I’ve also got a dedicated office space, and I’ve been honoured to create over 400 special gifts this year. I’ve been really lucky.

The year hasn’t been without challenges though. I’ve learnt to stay true to myself, and to always forgive. Life is too short – forgive, make up and move on. You never know what’s around the corner.

As for New Year’s Resolutions… well, I guess writing them down means I have to achieve them! After a hugely successful 2017, I’m excited to see what 2018 has to offer. Firstly and most importantly, a good friend told me she’s making a resolution to smile more - what a lovely thing to aim for! I think I’ll certainly be pinching that one. As for a more business-like target, I’d like to continue growing my online selling platform, but the real target for me is to branch out and sell my products at my first ever craft fair. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for ages, and I’m determined to make it happen! Watch this space 👀

All that remains now is for me to say a huge THANK YOU to each and every one of you. I am so grateful to everyone that has liked, commented, messaged and ordered from me. I wouldn't be able to keep doing what I love if it wasn't for the support of my fantastic customers, and I am so appreciative.
